
Mr. Oberman is responsible for the overall operation of the facility including control, utilization, program development and management, and the recruitment and direction of staff.
He develops, prepares, and implements long and short term plans for the facility and coordinates relations with state social service organizations as well as officials in the federal and state government regarding agency funding, legislation, regulations, standards, training and technical assistance.
Mr. Oberman earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Goddard College and a Masters Degree in Social Work-Group Work from Wurzweiller School of Social Work. He has served in many management and clinical positions before joining JBRC in 2004.
Mr. Oberman shares his home with Molly the Great Pyrenees and Chloe, the cat.
