Ms. Cavaiola is responsible for the overall quality and delivery of counseling services to Clients in Pleasantville and Atlantic City.  She directly oversees the admissions, outpatient, outpatient medication assisted treatment, co-occurring and the IOP programs.  

Ms. Cavaiola provides guidance on staffing patterns and workforce development.  As a member of the Executive Management Team she ensures that the programs work collaboratively with Medical, Nursing, Finance and Security.  

She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Kean University and has held executive leadership positions in Substance Abuse and Mental Health for over 20 years. Over the years her participation in research, training and implementing evidence based practices provides an additional dimension to move the programs at JBRC forward. Carolann has dedicated her life’s work to making programs better for the community, the families and the clients that use them.
