Ms. Murray is responsible for monitoring the agency’s compliance with all clinicial, administrative, and facilities related regulations. She monitors and facilitates the activities of both the Quality Improvement Program and the Staff Improvement Program. She also assists staff in preparation for County, and State inspections for licensing, complaint investigation, routine monitoring, and accreditation.

Ms. Murray joined JBRC 1996 and since then has served clients in a number of capacities from Substance Abuse Counselor, Women Services Coordinator, Senior Counselor, Outpatient Methadone Maintenance Supervisor, to her current position as Director of Corporate Compliance.

Ms. Murray holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liberia. She is also is certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and holds an international certification as well. Ms. Murray was born in the West African city of Monrovia, Liberia. She immigrated to the United States in 1991 and a few years later became an American Citizen. She is the sixth of eight children and has one son.
